Anne Wilcox, VP of Emerging Markets
Q: How are you making history?
A: While my job looks at the broader marketplace and points the company in the direction of new products and opportunities, as a leader, we are here to model behavior and develop talent. How we communicate, how we treat people, and how we draw out and lift up our team is an equally important function of our job…and ultimately of leadership.
Jagriti Sharma, VP of Research and Development
Q: What inspires you to make history?
A: We are all part of history – willingly or unwillingly. Whether we want to be remembered and how we want to be remembered in the narrative is up to us. For me, it’s about building the personal brand. Learning, growing and being a positive influence keeps me going.
Missy Wyatt, VP of Sales, National Accounts
Q: How are you making history?
A: I’m making history by leading by example, giving back to my community, being a voice, and taking a stand for those that need the support.
Nina Morrison, VP of Public Relations
Q: Who am I making history for?
A: I try to set an example for those around me by doing my best to love unconditionally, show empathy for others, and by celebrating life to the fullest. My favorite quote by Maya Angelou sums it up best, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Q: How do you champion equality?
A: 2020 really brought to the forefront the importance of listening and learning. To be a champion, it’s about providing a safe platform for sharing and action.

Q: How has the pandemic changed the way you lead?
A: I feel fortunate to be in an environment where so much emphasis has been on whole Rain Maker (employee). When COVID hit, I was proud to push forward in this culture. Looking back over the last year and into the future, gratitude is something that I strive to keep in my daily practice. Expressing gratitude on a daily basis and encouraging my team to do the same creates a positive mindset.
